Welcome to Charge Up Tech. By purchasing our products or entering into a partnership with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Faulty Items

  1. Notification Period: Customers must notify Charge Up Tech regarding any faulty items within 7 days of purchase. Notifications received after this period may not be eligible for replacements or refunds.

  2. Replacement or Refund:

    • If the item is deemed faulty, a replacement will be provided, subject to availability.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  3. Return Requirement: Faulty items must be returned to Charge Up Tech before a replacement or refund is processed.

Items Stolen in Partner Retail Stores

  1. Charge Up Tech will replace items stolen from stores owned by our retail partners, provided the following conditions are met: Security footage of the theft must be made available upon request.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping times and costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  2. Charge Up Tech is not responsible for items damaged during shipping; however, customers may contact us for assistance.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning faulty items unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty Information

  1. Products come with a warranty of 3 month from purchase.

  2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) for any claims related to faulty items.

  2. Items must be returned in a reasonable and clean condition for inspection and processing of claims.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

  1. Customer data collected during transactions is securely stored and used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and improving services.

  2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.

Liability Limitation

  1. Charge Up Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  2. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of faulty items, as outlined in these terms.

Force Majeure Clause

  1. Charge Up Tech is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.

  2. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the governing law of NSW Australia.
